Overnight Parcel & Document Delivery Services

Local Delivery is available, we work with a local carrier to move your items from Albany to local towns such as Corvallis, Lebanon, Scio, Jefferson and Philomath for around $10.  Same day packages to Salem, Portland, Eugene and longer distances is available, please contact us for details.

Custom crating and shipping, from a Grandfather Clock to your Grandfather's car, we can ship it all.

Fax: Domestic or international, we can send or receive with the strictest of confidentiality. We will send your message quickly and provide you with a confirmation. Our cover sheet is free and our rates are reasonable based on the number of pages, which include phone charges. Whether you need incoming faxes or need to send faxes we are there for you.  We can receive your fax 24/7 at 541.928.7172 at 50¢ per page.

Printing Services:  The Shipping Annex can handle all your small print run needs 5000 (five-thousand) pieces and fewer.  You can email your docs to info@shipping-annex.com and we can have your documents ready for pick up. Call for printing prices, as they vary based on color, quantity, two-sided / duplex, paper type and size. 

Notary Services: Detailed, accurate and professional notary services are available without an appointment.  Walk ins are welcome. We usually have a notary available, however you may feel free to confirm the availability of notary before coming into the Shipping Annex.  Onsite / Remote / Mobile service is available.  All fees based on Oregon statutes.  Visit our Notary page for more details.  It is nice to have a fast friendly location for an Albany Oregon Notary.

Poster Printing: Let the Shipping-Annex print your 11" x 17" Posters for your local events. 

Paper Folding, if you have to do that mass mailing, stuff envelopes, create tri-folds or anything that requires paper folding, let the Shipping Annex do it for only 2-cents per sheet.  Save time, save money and save paper cuts!  We can fold 8 1/2 x 11 up to 8 1/2 x 14 from 20lb to 67lb stock.

Comb Binding:  Now offering a comb binding service up to 100 pages.  Comb binding can usually be done while you wait, however if you have a large job or we are overly busy with other projects we may need to complete your project for next business day pick up or delivery.

Lamination Services, let us laminate your documents, from a business card to a 12" x 18" poster, we can laminate all in between. Rates start at $1.

We have other services, some may sound silly on the surface, but they are a huge convenience when you need them.  Electric staplers, industrial stapler up to 160 pages, industrial cutter for up to 300 pages at one time, electric pencil sharpeners and more.

Office Supplies: For your convenience our stores keep an inventory of quality office supplies to be available when you need them. Pencils to tablets, envelopes to folders, labels, markers, paper clips and staples are kept on hand. You can find these items quickly and be on your way. Our stores offer a one-stop service center for the small business person or consumers on-the-go.  All our office products will meet or beat the standard prices at Staples office supply stores.  As we are not a large superstore we cannot beat sale prices.

Boxes: One box, two box, three box four, moving, or shipping we offer more. If you need one box or 1000 boxes, one item or packing to move across the globe, we have boxes available at the counter and we can assist with providing you boxes, dish packs, wardrobes and more at discount prices. Please see our current box inventory and prices..  The Shipping Annex is also a distributor for FedEx, DHL, UPS, & USPS Priority Mail boxes.  You can pick up your Express & Priority boxes free at the Shipping-Annex.

Packing Materials:  We carry a nice selection of bubble wrap, packing peanuts (foam, bio, static free), tissue paper, bubble mailers, packing tape and tape guns and other required supplies at very competitive prices for your convenience.

Stamps: We carry books of stamps at 20% over post office prices, although we can't save you money on stamps, we can certainly save you time. Please remember postage rates go up again May 2008.  If buying stamps now, please buy the new "forever" stamps, which will allow you to still mail First Class Mail without adding increased postage.

Misc Items: DVD Blanks, CDR Blanks, USB Cables, Box Knifes, Razors, Some Tools, School Supplies, Markers, CD Mailers, DVD Mailers, Batteries, Printer Paper, Card Stock, Cover Stock, Some Computer Electronics, etc.

Packing Peanuts: We are happy to accept all forms of clean and dry packing peanuts.  All colors are accepted, even static free and biodegradable. If you have them separated by color that is a plus, but we are happy to accept mixed bags for general shipping use. 

Bubble Wrap: We are happy to accept used or unused bubble wrap as long as it is clean and dry and 90% bubble intact.  We can accept in loose sheets or completed rolls.  We cannot accept popped or torn sheets as they are no longer usable.

Rigid Foam: We are happy to accept rigid foam sheets, Styrofoam and packing foam.  We cannot use pre-formed foam like used when you buy a computer or television as it is formed to fit a specific item and really cannot be reused.

Soft Foam: We are happy to clean and dry soft foam that can be used to wrap fragile items.  Color or thickness is not important as long as it is clean, dry, dirt and smoke free.

Cardboard Boxes: We are happy to accept most cardboard boxes under the following conditions

	Flattened
	Clean (No dirt, stains, sticky stuff) & Dry
	No damage, crushing, holes, missing flaps
	Solid corrugated boxes only, we cannot use things like envelope boxes that are made of paper.
	We can also accept large sheets of clean corrugated cardboard or foamcore.
	We cannot accept boxes that have handwriting all over them with marker and pens, liquor boxes, hazardous waste boxes, used priority mail, FedEx, UPS Express, or DHL Express boxes.

Poster Tubes: We are happy to accept all clean and dry poster tubes with or without end caps.

Foam Coolers & Shippers: We are happy to accept clean and dry complete shipping coolers like for Omaha Steak and Medical Shipments.

Other items we cannot accept: We cannot use used tape, ribbon, rope or string, plastic bags, plastic containers, packing paper, used kraft paper, used wrapping paper, newspaper, newsprint, cardboard scraps, or anything damaged, wet, dirty, glass or hazardous.
